WHAT TO REQUEST
Add your property and identify the grass areas you want cut, including the front, back, and side lawn. Tell the provider when it was last mowed and whether it is overgrown. Include any access limits or obstacles so they can assess the job. Edging and cleanup should be selected or discussed explicitly rather than assumed to come with every mowing quote.
PLAN THE WORK
Request a single cut when you need help catching up, preparing for visitors, or covering a gap in your usual routine. Explain any overgrowth before the provider quotes.
Discuss weekly visits with a provider if you want frequent upkeep. Agree a schedule suited to your lawn and the provider’s availability, including how changes will be handled.
Ask about every-other-week visits if that is your preferred routine. Your provider can discuss whether the interval suits the lawn’s condition and when it should be adjusted.
UNDERSTANDING THE PRICE
Each provider sets their own price. OnSite Green does not set a fixed service rate or guarantee a quote. Compare the work included as well as the total, and ask questions before accepting.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Yes. Start with one lawn mowing request. That request does not commit you to recurring visits. Discuss ongoing care separately with your chosen provider.
It depends on the quote. Choose edging as an additional service if you want it, identify the borders to edge, and check that your selected quote covers both tasks.
Describe the grass height and when the lawn was last cut. A provider may need more information or a quote visit before pricing the work. An overgrown first cut may cost more than routine maintenance.
